The Design Space founder Melissa Love was in high demand with a waiting list of clients and dreaming of ways to get back more time in her day while continuing to grow her business when she decided to turn her business of selling website templates into an online course.
In order to make that pivot and begin to teach people the principles of design and website management, she needed the ability to scale her subscriber list and generate the revenue necessary for a sustainable business.
